REQUIRED KINDERGARTEN FORMS – Available August 1, 2020
Kindergarten Family Surveys – To help us meet the State Requirements for Kindergarten Readiness you are being asked to complete two questionnaires on your child with the Ages and Stages Questionaire-2 (social/emotional development) and Ages and Stages Questionaire-3 (communication, gross motor, fine motor, problem solving, and personal social skills). Each questionnaire will take 30 minutes to complete, once you begin the test you must finish it or the data will be lost. You do not need to give the two tests at the same time. You may choose to give them on different dates. All testing will need to be completed by September 1, 2019.

Back to School News from the Nurse
If you are a new student to Skyline a special time has been set for you and your family to come and get to know us. An orientation for new students and tour of the school will take place on _____________ at ___________-. An orientation for freshmen will take place on _____________ at __________.
We ask that you and your family come to the multi-purpose area where the orientation will begin. Be sure to bring your report cards and transfer sheets from your old school. All new students must bring immunization records with them to enrollment. A physical is also required of all students new to the district. Physicals from your previous school can be accepted if you bring a copy with you to enrollment.
